Bitter sweet. I enjoyed my stay but for the theft .
Proximity to everywhere because of the train station.
The staff (house keepers are THIEVES they STEAL) They stole more than half of what I forgot in a bag in the room I stayed in . I had to travel with son to another city. when I returned to checkout , unfortunately I forgot an M&S bag with items I shopped . By the time I realized I had forgotten the bag which was just 4/ 5 days later ,I called the hotel and they said they had found the bag.i was happy but that was cut short when I realized they stole my M&S brief underwear,tea box, body splash hand wash ,natural honey , sweets I bought for my kids and left only the baby cloths I bought in the bag. I dint realize they had stolen from the bag because when I got the bag from the front desk the bag was sealed so I just trusted them and left until when I got to the new hotel where I checked in then I realized they Had STOLEN most of the items in the bag. I was VERY disappointed that a hotel like Hilton would employ staff that are compromised like that . However I Couldn’t go back to complain because I was leaving to my home country that day . This was my second experience with theft at the hotel that’s why am writing. Hotel rule should be regardless of whatever “DO NOT TAKE” from what’s not yours because it hurts! Be carful and very mindful Keep your belongings safe .
