Fabulous comfortable bed and linen, very quiet room, blackout curtains, larger room than expected and good choice for breakfast, staff friendly and helpful, location perfect for being near Paddington station! Would stay again.

The hotel is very close to Paddington. Buffet breakfast has a lot of choice.
The elevators often close too soon, while people often have big luggage and cannot move quickly.

The service and staff attitude is not as friendly as it used to be. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last few years and seems there is a decline in the quality of employees.
